Demolished
The Douglas family were the first remembered tenants. They had a large family of five or six boys and three girls. They moved out in 1934/35
Arch and Harriet Mascord were the next family to live in this house. There were five boys: Aub, Stanley, Colin, Gordon and Errol. There were two girls Coral and June.
Aub married a girl Una from Wyong and they lived in No 8 Lindsley Street.
Stan married a local girl Gladdy Seddon.
Colin married Ev Ames from Lindsley Street and they moved to Belmont.
Gordon married Sybil Hancock from No 8 Lindsley Street and they later moved into No 8.
Errol married Ev McDougall when she returned from war service and they moved to Middle Camp.
Coral married Bob Pennock and moved to Sydney.
June married Bob Purvis one of two brothers who had come to the Bay to live and Val sister of Sybil Hancock married the other brother John.
The roof of this house was lifted off by an updraft of hot air caused by a bushfire. Stan Mascord moved in and then moved to Sawmill Camp to live with old Mrs Seddon his mother-in- law.
The house was then demolished.
