No 6a Clark St

The present house is a result of a subdivision allowed by the Lake Macquarie City Council in the late 1990s. There were originally only two houses on two blocks of land. Now there are three blocks of land and houses have been built on two of the blocks. The two blocks of land were purchased by Mr Summerville, who lived on the Pacific Highway near the road into Gwandalan. When he died the land was left to his children. His three living children applied for the two blocks to be subdivided into three.

Rex Gill had built a gunbarrel house on a small slice of this land when he first married but it was not lived in after they left.

A new house was built by Sandra Summerville and her husband. Together with their daughter they lived in the house for a couple of years before selling the house to Don and Christine Graham from Wellington NSW.

The house was bought in 2014 and again re sold in 2018.
