In 1964 the Coal Company ‘Coal & Allied’ subdivided some of its land and it was determined that Mr Bert Shaw would purchase this land for 150 pounds. The eastern boundary was 179 feet 8 and 7/8 inches and the western boundary was 183 feet and 1 and 3/8 inches.

In June 1968 there was a transfer of title to Bert Shaw (Pensioner) and Elsie Shaw. The house was later occupied by Ken Price, brother in law of Dorrie Price who inherited the property from her parents.  House was sold.
